We currently ship within Spain and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at marcandela@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Orders
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed to the courier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
